The counselling / training rooms are well equipped, welcoming and comfortable in order to provide the support you need.
Our training is based on many models of therapy. We can integrate these with the islamic approach to counselling.
We are experienced in working with a range of issues and provide short term or long term therapy

Islamic Counselling
We are based within a muslim community and work alongside our local mosques, Islamic schools and the community centre. We recognise and can work from the context of having cultural and islamic values . During these difficult times, when we are constantly experiencing new challenges in our society, we appreciate the need to work collaboratively and comprehensively with other caring professionals and community figures.
Empowering
Our services are tailored around your needs. We have children friendly rooms. welcoming waiting area with fully equipped kitchen and prayer facilities, as well as spacious rooms for group work. We also offer support through Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp and various other communication technologies. Whether you are looking to improve your potential or overcome your personal struggles, we are here to listen and support you.
